Feature Event:🏛️ A History Exposed: The Enslavement of Black People in Canada

Join us on September 4, 2024, at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 for "A History Exposed: The Enslavement of Black People in Canada." This enlightening event offers a deep dive into the often overlooked history of Black enslavement in Canada. Attendees will hear from renowned historians and scholars, participate in interactive discussions, and experience curated exhibits featuring historical documents, artefacts, and multimedia presentations.

 Personal narratives from descendants and community members will connect historical events to contemporary issues, providing a comprehensive understanding of this significant yet frequently marginalised chapter of our past.
